The necessary records for all depictions of such conduct, as required by Title 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. §75, et seq., are stored with the appropriate Records Custodian.

Exempt Content: All other visual depictions featured on this Website are exempt from the provisions of Section 2257 due to the following reasons: 

1) they do not depict conduct explicitly listed in 18 U.S.C §2256 (2)(A) (i) through (iv);
